Returns & Refunds

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Unless your item is faulty, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in its original packaging and not damaged at all.
  • A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the returned items. This will usually be to your original method of payment
  • If the item you receive is incorrect or faulty you are eligible for a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us and we will endeavor to correct the situation as soon as possible.
  • In the case of returns and refunds, a shipping fee of $10 is applicable to be paid by you.
  • In the case of Afterpay orders, 7% will be deducted from the refund amount.
