Returns & Refunds Policy
At Sox by Angus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item:
- You are entitled to a full refund, including original shipping costs.
- Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Shipping Fee Adjustment (Free Shipping Orders)
- Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping.
- If a return reduces your final order value below $120, a $10 flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Example
You place an order of $150 and receive free shipping.
You return $90 worth of items → remaining order value = $60
Since the remaining order is below $120:
$90 (returned items) – $10 (shipping adjustment) = $80 refund
Sale Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on items purchased during promotional or discounted periods, including:
- EOFY
- Black Friday
- Christmas
- Boxing Day
- Other sale events
